Run Generic Tests from Test Manager 2010

I have three steps

A) Create a generic test. in Test Manager 2010
I have created automated test cases by editing the test case, going to the "Associated Automation" properties page to associate a generic test with the current test case.
What I want to do is:
Use the TFS API to create a test case, create a generic test, and associate the generic test with the test case.

Using the TFS API I have been able to create a manual test case. However, I am not clear about how to associate the test case with a generic test program in the manner similar what you do with a test case work item.

Example : Generic Test Sample in http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms243137(v=VS.100).aspx
I want to create this using some API, I dont want to do it manualy and also run it from Test Manager 2010 using API

Then
B) Create a new build definition and select the test to run during the build. Using TFS API

C) Run the build definition - Using TFS API

Can you give me guidance on this?
